The first floor consists of a large and bright living-dining room with fireplace and with garden access, a fully equipped kitchen with access to garden and toilet. And there is also a bathroom and a bright bedroom. 

On the second floor is another bathroom and two bedrooms with sea views, one of them also with access to the balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sunrises, looking at the sea and no less stunning sunsets. 

The house has telephone, intercom, air conditioning, TV antenna, as well as automated gate for entry of vehicles.
